Insta-worthy Brownies - Year 10 Hospitality

Our Year 10 Hospitality students served up some sensational brownies last week and they were as impressive as they were delicious.

As part of their practical assessment, students were challenged to produce Insta-worthy brownies while demonstrating their knowledge of food preparation techniques, hygiene practices, time management, and presentation skills.

Beyond simply following a recipe, students were encouraged to explore their creativity through garnishing, decorating, and plating.

And as you will see, the results were fabulous!
