Art Club at Melton Campus

Art Club runs every Thursday during Big Break at Melton Campus and provides students from all year levels with the opportunity to participate in collaborative art projects for both the school and the wider community.

This term’s Art Club project explores the art forms of collage and painting, drawing inspiration from the flower markets in Assisi, Italy. 

Students are currently developing their skills in drawing flowers in form, which will later be collaged together to create a larger collaborative artwork. 

The piece responds to ideas associated with St Francis, including creation, the celebration of nature and beauty, and the importance of community.

We look forward to seeing the final artwork come to life.
