The Property, Grounds and Maintenance Manager – Cross Campus is responsible for leading and overseeing all grounds, maintenance, property, and contractor operations across both campuses, ensuring a consistent “One School, Two Campus” approach. Working closely with the Principal, Business Manager and Deputy Principals – Head of Campus, this role ensures that all facilities are safe, compliant, well-presented, and aligned with the College’s strategic and master planning priorities. The position provides leadership to the Grounds and Maintenance team, manages preventative and reactive maintenance, oversees essential safety measures and compliance requirements, and supports capital works and long-term maintenance planning.

This hands-on leadership role also manages service contracts, security systems, risk and OH&S obligations, and after-hours emergency response, while contributing to budget preparation, procurement processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will be an experienced and proactive professional who demonstrates strong stakeholder engagement, operational excellence, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality learning environments in support of the mission and values of Catholic education.

Commencing immediately, this is a full-time, ongoing position.
